In this week's Last Supper column, the Merc's Chris Onstad offers a roundup of his favorite four spots on the fringes of Portland city limits: "The unsexy, undiscovered specialty stand, far-afield and off the popular radar, is a holy grail of mine." Onstad name-drops his out-of-the-way spots for British pasties, Philly cheesesteaks, German pastries, and cemitas.
