Ken Forkish's upcoming bakery/dining hall/tavern Trifecta Tavern has named its head chef: Portland Monthly reports that longtime Higgins veteran Rich Meyer has been named executive chef. Meyer served at 15-year tenure at the downtown institution, with eight years under his belt as chef de cuisine.
