Not like you need an excuse to go out to eat today, but just in case: All day today (Thursday, June 20), more than 120 restaurants all over the state are participating in the 14th-annual Bite for Rights, a fundraiser for equality organization Basic Rights Oregon. In Portland proper, restaurants and food carts ranging from 2nd Story to Biwa, Gigantic Brewing to Little T American Baker have pledged a portion of the day's proceeds to the cause. The complete list of participants can be found here. [EaterWire]
