Bollywood Theater Opening 2nd Location on SE Division

Chef Troy MacLarty's bringing his show to SE's somehow-still-burgeoning restaurant row. Hot off his recent "Rising Star of the Year" win, the Bollywood Theater chef/owner tells the Oregonian that he plans to open a second location of his popular Indian street food restaurant, in SE Division's in-progress D-Street Village complex.

According to the O, the 4,000-square-foot space will "include a large Indian food market, an expansive outdoor patio, and a move into catering." The market space will offer several ingredients used in the Bollywood kitchen, as well as some of the spot's familiar dish accents, like house-made paneer (and in the future, possibly curries available to-go).

Bollywood Theater's flagship location on NE Alberta debuted in March 2012. Per the O, the Division restaurant is aiming for a November opening. Updates as they become available.
