A tipster reports that a second permanent location of the all-sustainable Flying Fish Company will debut this Saturday at the SW Waterfront Food Pod, located a few blocks south from the OHSU aerial tram. (Despite its name, the trucks offer more than fresh seafood, also carrying sustainable and locally raised meats and eggs.) Flying Fish owner Craig Gildersleeve also operates a permanent cart on SE Hawthorne, and a stall at the Woodstock Farmer's Market. [EaterWire]
