A tipster reports that a second permanent location of the all-sustainable Flying Fish Company will debut this Saturday at the SW Waterfront Food Pod, located a few blocks south from the OHSU aerial tram. (Despite its name, the trucks offer more than fresh seafood, also carrying sustainable and locally raised meats and eggs.)
