NE Alberta's Iraqi restaurant DarSalam has reopened, less than a month after a kitchen fire forced owners Maath Hamed, Tiffany Sahib, and Ghaith Sahib to temporarily shutter. According to a Facebook update, the spot had to rebuild the walls, ceiling, and floor in the kitchen, as well as replace all kitchen equipment and appliances. The spot's now operating business-as-usual. [OregonLive]
