The beer cocktail trend will soon find itself between two covers. Metrovino bartender Jacob Grier — who founded the recurring "Brewing Up Cocktails" events with beer blogger Ezra Johnson-Greenough and Hop & Vine owner Yetta Vorobik — has announced that he's currently working on a Cocktails on Tap book, featuring more than 50 beer cocktail recipes collected from Grier's travels all over the country.
