SOUTHEAST—After taking its usual winter hiatus, Chad Draizin's roving ice cream truck Fifty Licks has reopened for the season in SE Belmont's Good Food Here cart pod, scooping from 11a.m. to 9p.m., Tuesday through Sunday.
