Chef Katy Millard's Coquine Supperclub has been popping up at local wineries and farm dinners for the past year, and now, the onetime Davis Street Tavern chef announces a mini-residency of sorts at the eastside's Sauvage. Millard will throw a four-course Coquine pop-up dinner each of the last three Sundays in June (16, 23, 30). Reservations are $40 with an optional $20 wine pairing; more information here. [EaterWire]
