Are restaurant workers getting ripped off by their employers? According to an investigation by the U.S. Labor Department's Wage and Hour Division, a whopping 79 percent of the 110 investigated restaurants in Oregon were in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act, which ensures minimum wage and overtime for employees.
