The Mercury's Chris Onstad is the latest (and last?) critic to visit Scott Snyder's Levant, and he declares that the spot is "bursting with inspiration." Onstad praises the "generally perfectly roasted" meats, particularly a "flawless" roast chicken and "luscious" grilled asparagus. Ultimately, Snyder "approaches his dishes with the deep character knowledge of a clever novelist, given to creative liberties." [Mercury]
