Sofritas Come to Portland; New Cocktail Pop-Up

EVERYWHERE—The burrito-slingers at Chipotle have announced that their once California-only vegetarian option, sofritas, will soon be available throughout the Pacific Northwest on a menu-test basis. EVERYWHERE—Two-thirds of the team behind NE French restaurant Cocotte — chef Zoe Hackett and bartender Levi Hackett — have launched a boutique pop-up bar/catering company dubbed Coco Catering Co.
