Four food cart owners parked at SE 82nd's Cartlandia pod are unhappy with owner Roger Goldingay, who they say gave them three days' notice to vacate the pod "for no apparent reason." Owners of J Mo's Sandwich Shack, Kusina Sa Gulong, and Local Girls Shave Ice must move out of the 28-cart pod by August 1. Says Goldingay: "It was a business decision I had to make." Rumor has it that Goldingay will use those cart spaces to open a brick-and-mortar bar in the pod. [KGW]
