As fast-food restaurants across the country prepare for the Affordable Care Act, Portland Business Journal looks at the "generous" health care plan offered by local chain Burgerville, which offers full health care to employees who work 25 hours a week. According to Burgerville's "chief cultural officer," the chain pays 90-95 percent of the premium for hourly workers, resulting in employee turnover "a third less than the industry average." [PBJ]
