Gastropub chainlet Thirsty Lion Pub & Grill has announced plans to open its third area location, in Hillsboro's Streets of Tanasbourne shopping complex. According to a press release, the 52-tap Thirsty Lion has major expansion plans, hoping to open "24 locations over 10 years" (its current Portland locations are downtown and in the Washington Square mall).
