Coffee megagiant Starbucks has announced plans to open one of its recycled shipping container coffeeshops on Northeast Portland. The Oregonian reports that the location, on NE 122nd Avenue and NE Halsey, will be "the first with customized bike racks and landscaping for folks who want to walk or bike up, or drive-through." Starbucks started rolling out its upcycled, prefab stores in Colorado in late 2012; the new Portland location will open in early September. [OregonLive]
