Bunk-Mex spot Trigger has announced a change in its menu format: Chef Tommy Habetz and Co. are now offering a mix-and-match style menu where guests can choose between 8-10 proteins and stuff them into their choice of burrito, taco, torta, etc. (Compare that to an early lunch/late night menu, which offered more-composed tacos a la carte.)Two things that remain the same: the queso and smoked chicken wings.
