NYT on Portland Wine

sauvagebar10e.jpg

As per usual, the NYT pays another visit to Portland, this time to explore the 10 local wineries that make up "what might be called one of the country's first urban wine trails," stopping by Clay Pigeon Winery, ENSO Urban Winery, and Sauvage, where [chef Jesse] Skiles's "beautiful small plates are a revelation." And yes, there's a reference to Portlandia, emphasizing the "seriousness of this craft endeavor." [NYT]
