Very enthusiastic web personality Daymon Patterson recently debuted his new Travel Channel show Best Daym Takeout, and in last night's episode, Patterson and film crew visited Portland to drop ample use of the word "dang" and conduct in some spirited banter with chefs. In this clip, Patterson heads to Pok Pok, where chef Andy Ricker walks through his recipe for Kai Yaang, the take-out appropriate Thai grilled chicken.
