Baker & Spice's Julie Richardson has announced plans to expand her artisan-baked empire, with an upcoming Baker & Spice Cakery slated for the Hillsdale Shopping Center. The new spot will focus on sweeter options in the pastry case like cakes and cookies, as well as provide retail bakery supplies and a "Pages to Plate" event space for classics and pop-up events.
