The Chicago-based Potbelly Sandwich Corp. is expanding again, adding two more Portland-area locations. The Portland Business Journal reports that the sandwich chain plans its second downtown location at SW Columbia Street's KOIN Center, and its fifth area location on the SW Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway. The first PDX outpost of the popular sandwich chain debuted downtown in November 2012. [PBJ]
