The transformation is complete at confectioner Jami Curl's Southeast shop, formerly an outpost of her popular Saint Cupcake bakery. In a hybrid of sorts combining Saint Cupcake and Curl's West End candy store Quin, Sprinklefingers debuted today inside SE Belmont's noun: a person's place for things retail shop, offering the complete line of Quin treats (lollipops, gumdrops, caramels), ice cream, and a "small selection" of cookies and cupcakes.
In December 2013, Curl told the Oregonian that "for me personally, I didn't start out with cupcakes as my dream job. It just became my job. Now I'm assessing my life and thinking about what it is that I'd rather be doing." Sprinklefingers is now open. Hours of operation: 11a.m. to close, daily.
