Ox's Greg and Gabrielle Denton Land Cookbook Deal

First the bull, now the ox: Eater National reports Ox chefs/co-owners Greg Denton and Gabrielle Quiñónez Denton have signed a cookbook deal. Around the Fire (which yes, refers to Ox's Argentine grill) will be published by Ten Speed Press; according to Publishers Marketplace [sub. required], it'll feature "recipes that will inspire home cooks to break out the grill for more than just Labor Day barbecues." No release date's been set yet.

For those keeping track, the "Portland" cookbook category is still growing: New cookbooks are currently on the way from Olympic Provisions, the Country Cat, and yes, the Portlandia crew. More information as it becomes available.
