The upcoming downtown location of Brazilian-steakhouse chain Fogo de Chao is apparently sparing no expense: In an interview with the Portland Business Journal, a Fogo spokesperson said the 265-seat restaurant will enjoy a buildout budget of "$4 million to $5 million."
