Tal Caspi's food cart Gonzo, home of the shakshuka fries, will launch its brunch menu this weekend. In addition to shakshuka served with eggs, the spot will offer dishes like an Israeli scotch egg (eggs wrapped in falafel), a vegan scramble (with veggies, soy curls, potatoes and tahini), and pork chops with eggs.
