pastrami150KZch.jpgThe iconic pastrami at Kenny & Zuke's is getting a makeover: The Oregonian reports that Ken Gordon will soon switch up the beef cut that provides K&Z's house pastrami, in favor of a fattier plate cut that will be "twice as juicy" as the current version.
