EVERYWHERE— As previously reported, Chef's Week PDX will converge upon Portland February 6 to 9, and details for the week's promised after-parties are starting to emerge. On February 6, an after-party for the "Hearth" dinner will take place next door at Roman Candle, while the chefs participating in February 7's "Present Culture" dinner will head to beloved dive Joe's Cellar for the industry-night after-party. All after-parties are open to the public; more information about Chef's Week here. [EaterWire]
PEARL DISTRICT— The BridgePort Brewing Company's long-planned anniversary beer series, celebrating the brewery's 30th year in 2014, is starting its slow roll-out. The "Trilogy 1" dry-hopped pale is now available on-tap at BridgePort's Pearl District brewpub, heavy on Crystal hops in tribute to "the pioneering brewers who started brewing with intense aroma hops 30 years ago." The next beers in the series will roll out in May and September of this year. [EaterWire]
