Earl Ninsom's anticipated tasting-menu spot Langbaan will debut in the next few weeks, and as promised, its dining room will host a slew of chef pop-ups once the doors are open. The most recently announced: Farmer's Market Japanese soul food spot Ippai will serve a one-off, 10-course pop-up on Sunday, February 23, focusing on kaiseki-style plates with accompanying wine pairings. Reservations are $100 and available here. [EaterWire]
