Just a couple weeks after his signature kougin amann anchored a positive Oregonian review, pastry chef Matthew Zack is no longer in the kitchen at Roman Candle Baking Co. Zack had cultivated a following for his much-lamented Adler Pastry & Dessert, which closed in December 2011.
