Tal Caspi's falafel-and-hummus food cart Gonzo has launched a Kickstarter campaign to help fund a second, completely mobile cart. According to Caspi, the second cart will make Gonzo's schwarma fries and sandwiches available for catering and at festivals; the additional kitchen space may also allow the cart to "experiment with our menu and package our hot sauces and hummus offerings to-go.'"
