Ración's opening sous chef Roscoe Roberson will jump ship to another ChefStable project: According to the Oregonian, Roberson will run the kitchen at the upcoming wine taproom Cooper's Hall, slated to open in April. In the meantime, Roberson will offer a menu preview of sorts during a series of pop-up dinners at Ración, where he'll serve a rotisserie-inspired menu on Sundays and Mondays, starting January 19.
