Donut-O-Rama rises again: Eat Beat reports former cart owner Greg Slauson has found a space on NW Broadway to serve as a commissary kitchen for his doughnuts, with plans to eventually open a brick-and-mortar with "a to-go donut window and a full bar serving 'refined blue collar' comfort food." Last spring, Slauson announced intentions to team with Screen Door alum Rick Widmayer (now at Bistro Marquee) to open a hybrid doughnut shop/bar. Updates as they become available. [Eat Beat]
