SE Wine Collective's Pop-Up Series; Black Cat's Revamp

DIVISION/CLINTON— The 10 urban wineries of the SE Wine Collective will welcome a different chef into their SE Division space each month as part of a "Supper Social" series combining small plates with a "teaching element." The inaugural event features chef Scott Dolich (Park Kitchen, the Bent Brick) cooking up his version of "gringo dim sum" (think dishes like chicken and blue cheese siu mai, and a shrimp-and-grits har gow). Reservations are $65 and available here. [EaterWire]

NE ALBERTA— Alberta's longtime neighborhood bar the Black Cat Cafe has changed hands and will soon unveil a new name. WWeek reports the bar is now co-owned by Travis Hendricks, and that all changes will be "gradual." [WW]

NW/ALPHABET DISTRICT— Speaking of chef Dolich, his NW neighborhood bar the Bent Brick has announced the launch of an all-day Sunday happy hour. According to a press release, the regular weekday happy hour menu (featuring food specials from $2-$5) will be available from 4p.m. to close on Sunday. [EaterWire]
