The iconic Le Pigeon burger is no longer on the menu at Gabe Rucker's sister bistro, Little Bird. The Oregonian reports Little Bird chef Erik Van Kley has replaced the famous burger with one "more representative of the style of their kitchen," meaning a brioche bun and goat cheese take the place of Rucker's ciabatta and cheddar.
