In this teaser for an upcoming episode of "Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking," chefs Gabe Rucker of Le Pigeon and Greg Denton of Ox make Portland proud, as usual.
The show, a collaboration between Fine Cooking magazine and WGBH public broadcasting, is hosted by Australian chef Pete Evans, who travels around the country to team up with chefs and produce a spontaneous meal at a beautiful location -- in our case, the roof deck at SE Wine Collective (we didn't even know they had one!). The dishes they make include Spiced Bison Flank Steak with Chimichurri, Tomatoes, and Cucumbers; Charred Baby Leeks with Hazelnut Romesco; and Snap Pea and Strawberry Salad with Chevre. What's extra cool is you can make them yourself, because the recipes are all available online.
