Kells Brewery Opens Taproom at Moda Center

While a stadium in Seattle is getting flak for watering down its beer, Portlanders can be proud to know the beer options at the Moda Center just keep getting better.

Kells Brewery recently opened a new taproom on the 300 level, serving up six beers on tap, all made in the brewpub on NW 21st Avenue. The options include popular pours like Kells Irish Red, IPA, Lager, Pale, and Stout. Plus there's a seasonally rotating tap, which is currently pouring the Fresh Hop beer.

Kells also announced that it plans to bottle its popular Kells Irish Red. The 12-ounce bottles will be available in early 2015.
