Local distillery Wild Roots Vodka, known for its raspberry and marionberry vodkas infused with locally grown berries, opened a tasting room near Distillery Row this month — just in time for visitors to taste the brand-new Apple & Cinnamon flavor.
The autumnal elixir, bottled and released last week, is made with Washington-grown apples and aged in oak. Distilled five times, each of the Wild Roots infused vodkas can be sipped on its own or mixed into cocktails.
