On Sunday, Nov. 9, Acadia Bistro continues its pork-centric pop-up dinners with a New Mexican-inspired "Wyatt Earp" feast. For the popups, chef/owner Adam Higgs steps away from the stove and lets chef Kris Warneke take over. The five-course meal will feature dishes like cornmeal fried snapper with habanero mignonette and cilantro salad; roast kabocha squash stuffed with quinoa, turkey leg confit, dried cherries and chiles; pork shoulder carnitas with orange; and apple churros with cinnamon white chocolate. Optional cocktail and wine pairings are available.
Dinner starts at 5:30 p.m. and costs $70 per person in advance, $75 at the door. Get your reservation through Brown Paper Tickets.
