Welcome to CascadiaWire, a weekly collection of restaurant news from up-and-down the Pacific Northwest corridor.

Two Beers Brewing/Facebook

SODO -- Two Beers Brewing is celebrating its 7th year in business with a big announcement: They are signing the lease on a new tasting room. The new space, scheduled to open in March, will increase the brewery's production and tasting room capacity, with more than 24 taps, seating for 100 people, an outdoor space, and games such as pool and skeeball. The current tasting room will be converted into additional production space.

BOOZE NEWS -- There's a new app in town, and it magically delivers beer, wine, and liquor to your doorstep in 20 to 40 minutes. The app, called Drizly, has just launched in Seattle. Service is available in most neighborhoods with additional areas expected to be added soon.

CAPITOL HILL -- Chef Alec Dimitrijevic revealed his new concept Spaghetti Western, on track to open this month in the former La Bete space. And as the cell phone shots on the restaurant's new Facebook page confirm, the dining room is getting dressed up with genre-appropriate retro western tchotchkes.
