Free Parking at SmartPark During the Holiday Season

The holidays are the perfect time to shop locally, explore and celebrate all that Portland has to offer. And with free parking at SmartPark garages, enjoying downtown is easy.

There are six SmartPark garages in downtown with nearly 4,000 public spaces. This holiday season, SmartPark will offer free parking on Sundays: 12/7, 12/14 and 12/21. And, on days when parking is not free, more than 200 businesses will validate up to two hours.
