Rogue Unleashes Sriracha Hot Stout

The bright red bottle looks a bit more palatable than Rogue's Pepto-pink Voodoo Doughnut Ales. But we're still not sure we want to drink the brewery's new Sriracha Hot Stout. It's stout (think Guinness) — with a dose of spicy-tangy Sriracha. Blerg.

But for some that's a match made in heaven. Besides, this is the month of White Elephants and Secret Santas and "What the hell am I going to buy for my fill-in-the-blank."

In other words, it's a good time to stock up on things like Sriracha Hot Stout, and Rogue is currently accepting pre-orders so you can get ahead of the game. The beers ($13 each) will be shipped starting December 8. If you don't want to pay for shipping, just be patient, the beers will find their way to stores this month — though the company hasn't yet said which ones. Stay tuned.
