Over on the mothership, Eater National poses this very important question to some of the country's best chefs: Is Valentine's Day the worst? The responses are mixed, from acknowledgments of "amateur hour" to appreciation for what the holiday does to the bottom line. Says Atlanta chef Ron Eyester: "It's always fun to watch the date that went bad. There'll be the dude that thinks it's a good idea to try to get engaged on Valentine's Day in a restaurant.
