Two bits of food cart news, per Kickstarter: The bike-trailer-powered Momo Cart, which often pops up during Last Thursday on NE Alberta, will soon open a proper food cart with an expanded menu. (Momo doesn't have a site set yet, but it's aiming for a cart in downtown Portland.) Meanwhile, NE Alberta's Cheese Plate PDX is seeking funds to expand its cart outward to build an adjacent cheese shop/pantry selling grab-and-go items, cheese, and other locally made snacks.
