The Old Salt Marketplace will soon launch a recurring "Descendants Dinner Series," celebrating the history of farm-to-table dining in the Pacific Northwest by teaming chefs and farmers. The first event, scheduled for Monday, March 10, will see chef Greg Higgins team with Grain & Gristle's Ben Meyer; the following week, John Sundstrom (of Seattle's Lark) will join forces with Old Salt's Jon Abby.
