The next installment of Beast's recurring all-vegetarian dinners is set for tomorrow evening (Tuesday, February 25), and reservations are still available for chef Naomi Pomeroy's take on meat-free eating. Diners can expect six courses (including nettle ravioli with mushroom ricotta and mushroom consommé, and a lentil-and-vegetable pastry).
