Downtown's 30-year-old Leo's Non-Smoking Coffee Shop will close on Friday after three decades of serving super-cheap, short-order breakfasts. The Oregonian reports owners Peter and Jane Chan will retire, and "another owner is already in talks with the building to open another diner" (though it may be slightly more "upscale").
