In last night's season four premiere of Portlandia, Fred Armisen and Carrie Brownstein skirt paying for parking downtown by achieving their entire "downtown to-do list" in less than 15 minutes. One of their stops is a molecular gastronomy restaurant, where they debate what's on their dish: "What is it, ice cream?" "No, I think it's foam."
