Earl Ninsom's E. Burnside restaurant PaaDee is temporarily closed through February 9 as the space undergoes renovations to make room for Langbaan, the much-anticipated Thai tasting menu restaurant. PaaDee will re-open on February 10. According to Ninsom, Langbaan will softly debut on February 14, offering two seatings (at 6p.m. and 8p.m.) to just eight couples.
