A familiar name has joined the ranks at downtown's upcoming Paramount Hotel restaurant Swank & Swine: Daniel Mondok (most recently of Food in Bloom, Wafu, and Paulee) will serve as executive chef under the purview of Urban Restaurant Group's corporate chef Kevin Kennedy.
