Chicken livers processed at Washington's Draper Valley Farms have been linked to a minor campylobacter outbreak, and the Oregonian reports that two people contracted the illness after eating chicken liver pate at the Heathman and Wildwood. The product was not recalled, but "the restaurants and Market of Choice [which also sold the livers] have either stopped making chicken liver pate or are now cooking it thoroughly." [OregonLive]
